I have been in the healthcare business since 1996. Working at Little Miami Home Care, first as an aide, and then as administrative assistant / scheduling coordinator has been very rewarding!! My own Mother lived at the SEM Retirement community and that is how I became familiar with the company. I decided then that that’s what I wanted to do... make an impact in people’s lives. |

Working at Little Miami Home Care is by far the most rewarding job I have ever had. My experience has been working in other medical offices, but at Little Miami Home Care we are like a big family. I have been an administrative assistant / scheduling coordinator since 2001 and not only do I get to help people, but I get to work by side with other caring people. |

When I was hire at Little Miami Home Care in March of 1996, I never dreamed that I would be were I am today. I started off as a Nurses Aid, doing personal care, and homemaking services. I was asked to assist Sue in the office several years later, and worked as Administrative Assistant / Scheduler. I soon realized that the field of Nursing is right were I belonged. I applied for the Nursing Program and now I am a Registered Nurse. I currently do Assessments and Supervisory Visits. I love my job, because of the flexibility in my busy life!! |
